Paladin's Guarantee
If retail customers are not satisfied with their purchase from Paladin Press, they can return the products within 90 days of purchase to receive a refund or credit. All returned items must be in like-new condition to be accepted as a return.
Return shipping must be paid by customer unless the return is a result of our error. Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable.
